Work and Client:

Hannah specialises in all aspects of Commercial and Agricultural property law and acts for clients on all types of commercial transactions, from shop, office and warehouse leases through to selling whole industrial estates.

Hannah has experience of renewable energy projects, compulsory purchase and planning agreements.

Having been involved in agricultural law throughout her career in private practice and enjoys assisting farming clients with their property and partnership work.

Route to PCB:

Hannah studied law at the University of Wales in Aberystwyth and has worked in law firms in Shropshire and Mid-Wales, as well as the local authority, since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2021.

Hannah first joined PCB as a commercial and agricultural property specialist in 2016 and after some time away from the legal profession to run her own small business and working in two other local law firms, Hannah re-joined PCB in 2025.
