PCB Solicitors obtain Conveyancing Quality Scheme Reaccreditation
PCB Solicitors are pleased to announce that we have recently been re-accredited with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme [CQS] quality mark. This is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices from the Law Society.
This is a significant achievement for us and demonstrates our continued commitment to providing high-quality conveyancing services to our clients and recognises the dedication and hard work of our team of conveyancers.
The CQS quality mark is awarded to law firms in the UK, highlighting excellence in the residential conveyancing and we are proud to have been recognised since April 2013.
Helen Barrett, Partner and Head of Residential Property stated: ‘The achievement is a testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional conveyancing services to not only our clients but insurers, regulators and lenders.’
‘It is due to the hard work of our conveyancing teams that we are able to ensure our standards are highly maintained.’
Membership is awarded for 12 months and renewed annually allowing our expert team to benefit from CQS training programmes, risk management, client care and compliance reviews. To ensure re-accreditation our teams have to show their expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice, recognise and reduce risks and keep our clients informed about what to expect from the conveyancing process.
By obtaining re-accreditation our client’s lenders can be confident in the services we provide.
