Family Partner achieves Advanced re-accreditation

Ruth Harris, Partner and Head of our Family Department at PCB Solicitors has been successfully re-accredited by the Law Society as an Advanced member of the Family Law Panel.

The Family Law Advanced Accreditation is a recognised quality standard from the Law Society for family law practitioners who are specialists in family law work.

PCB Solicitors are particularly proud of Ruth’s achievement as she is the only lawyer in the Shrewsbury, Telford and Welshpool areas accredited as an Advanced member of the Family Law Panel.

Ruth was required to provide evidence of her specialist family law work with cases she has undertaken. Ruth also maintains up to date knowledge of family law through continuing professional development and training.

Ruth said “It is important to me to obtain re-accreditation, to demonstrate to clients and the public that I have the experience and knowledge to deal with their most difficult family law cases. I pride myself in being able to provide clients with the advice and assistance they need to guide them through the ever-changing family law process.”

Ruth has over 20 years’ experience as a qualified Legal Executive. She has worked in all areas of family law from pre and post nuptial agreements to divorce and matrimonial finances. Her depth of knowledge means that she can advise clients on all areas of their family law queries and clients have a single point of contact that they can rely on.
