Emma deals with all types of Residential Conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, matrimonial transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Emma works in the Knighton and Ludlow offices.
Route to PCB:
Emma grew up on a fruit farm close to Ludlow before studying Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University in Bristol in 2020.
Emma worked locally at a high-end Estate Agents before joining PCB as a Legal Secretary in October 2021.
She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in June 2024.
