Work/Services Covered

Gosia believes in providing clients with holistic lifetime planning advice. She is happy to work with financial advisers, other professionals and lawyers with expertise in other areas of law (for example family, property or corporate)  in order to provide clients with advice tailored to their specific family and financial circumstances.

Gosia also assists executors or personal representatives with administration of estates, whether it is with advice, applying for Grants of Probate or dealing with full estate administration of both high value taxable and non-taxable estates. She also deals with drafting deeds of variation; assists with minimising impact of inheritance tax or capital gains tax on the estate, and provides advice to beneficiaries.

Route to PCB

Gosia gained a Master’s Degree in Law in Poland in 2003. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at the Heart of Worcestershire College. This was followed by the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Staffordshire University where she achieved a distinction. Due to studying the LPC at the same time as undertaking her training contract, she qualified as a Solicitor in July 2018, and was described as one of the quickest LPC students at Staffordshire University to qualify as a solicitor.

Gosia has worked as a Private Client Solicitor in various law firms. She moved to PCB in January 2026 from a national firm where she dealt with a wide spectrum of private wealth matters.

Prior to her qualification as a Solicitor she gained a wealth of experience whilst working for both Polish and English law firms.
